You'll meet your guide in central Athens, near the Acropolis, then head to Athens' sacred hill. Thanks to your ticket with early-morning access, you'll avoid the crowds of tourists and the intense heat.
You'll admire in succession the Sanctuary of Dionysus, the Theater of Dionysus, the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, the Parthenon and the Pedestal of Agrippa. At each stop, your English guide will recount the history of these emblematic UNESCO monuments.
You'll then descend to the ancient Agora and the Athens National Observatory offering unique panoramas of the city. Then on to the picturesque district of Plaka: narrow Anafiotika streets, small white houses with colorful shutters, hidden treasures that many visitors overlook. The itinerary continues to the Turquoise - the Wind Bath, the Fethiye Mosque, Hadrian's Library to end at Monastiraki Square, the vibrant historic heart of Athens.
The tour ends in Monastiraki, where you can stroll through the famous flea market or enjoy a coffee in its charming terraces.
