Located on the shores of Lake Rotorua, Polynesian Spa is a New Zealand institution for relaxation and thermal treatments. For over 100 years, it has offered a unique experience blending natural mineral baths and renowned spa treatments.

You'll have access to the Deluxe Lake Spa, an exclusive area featuring five geothermal pools with varying temperatures. Four of them are fed by Rachel Spring, whose alkaline water is renowned for its soothing benefits to the skin. A fifth pool comes from Priest Spring, rich in minerals with relaxing properties for muscles and joints. For the full experience, a cold-water pool and refreshing outdoor shower are also available.

Between baths, you can enjoy a lounge with heated armchairs for the ultimate moment of relaxation. A lounge area reserved for Deluxe Lake Spa guests will allow you to extend your relaxation in a soothing setting.

The Polynesian Spa is open from 9am to 11pm (bathing ends at 10:15pm)
Duration: free visit, you can bathe in each pool for as long and as often as you like
Spa admission is free for children under 5 years
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied in the water by a person at least 16 years of age
Only synthetic clothing (lycra, nylon, polyester) is permitted
