Descripción

From the comfort of a fast catamaran, discover the most majestic and fascinating creatures in the ocean!

Your catamaran will swiftly transport you away from the coast and onto the open sea. You will travel to the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, a popular feeding spot for whales. This site is home to numerous species of whale: humpback whales, minke whales, pilot whales, fin whales (20 meters long on average), southern right whales, and many more. You will also come across dolphins, sea birds and other marine animals!

The onboard team of ecologists trained by the New England Aquarium will share with you their knowledge about the behavior, conservation and migration routes of whales (in English). You will even learn how to identify the different species.

You can view the animals from the catamaran's three decks. The boat's interior features an air-conditioned cabin with comfortable seats. Snacks and drinks are available to purchase onboard.

*Seasonal activity: offer available May to November only
