Go on a tour of Stockholm's Old Town!

Also known as Gamla Stan, Stockholm's Old Town consists of three small islands: Stadsholmen, Riddarholmen and Helgeandsholmen. You will have the opportunity to discover them one by one during this guided tour.

The Old Town is in the centre of Stockholm and at the heart of its history. This tour will enable you to learn more about how everything began here.

You will start your tour with Stadsholmen Island and its medieval quarter, which will help you project yourself into the Stockholm of old with its narrow cobbled streets.

You will then go to Riddarholmen Island, also called the Knights' Island, where you will discover one of the best views of the city. You will end your tour on the island of Helgeandsholmen where the Swedish Parliament is located.

Throughout this tour, you will see iconic places in the Old Town such as the Royal Palace, the Cathedral and the Grand Square, and learn more about the history and traditions of the city as well as the current Swedish way of life.
