Go back to the Gallo-Roman times with a tour of the Roman archaeological crypt and fishponds!
This crypt, found during excavations in 2010 and 2012, is a unique remnant dating back to the Roman colony, Forum Julii.
The pink sandstone from the Esterel Massif mountains was used to build the crypt as well as all the old monuments in Fréjus. At the heart of the crypt you will be able to admire the fish pond, the water system, the aqueduct's arches and the big collector, all survivors from past centuries.
You will also visit the Archaeological Museum to see other objects discovered during the excavations in Fréjus.
Ideal for those passionate about history or for a family outing, choose this authentic and cultural tour.
