Take advantage of a catamaran cruise on the Nemo I to discover either the northern, southern, eastern or western islands of the Galápagos and meet all of its inhabitants!

Embark on a catamaran to begin your adventure discovering the Galápagos Islands. You will have your own private cabin equipped with an individual bathroom, a window and direct access to the boat’ deck.

Every day, enjoy a snorkelling session with a mask and snorkel as well as a number of different excursions on different islands of the archipelago. When diving, you will be able to observe magnificent multicoloured fish, sea lions, rays, sea turtles and even harmless sharks!

On solid ground, walk along small trails to discover the local flora and fauna and enjoy a lot of free time to relax or discover the seashore. Observe various wildlife including iguanas, crabs and sea lions. You will also be able to identify a number of bird species (flamingo, frigate bird, mockingbird, falcon, the red-footed booby, Galápagos heron, albatross etc)!

Different excursions will be offered, depending on your departure dates. For each circuit, the return flights from Quito / Guayaquil will also be included. Depending on the circuit selected, your cruise will take you on a discovery of the northern, southern, eastern or western islands of the Galápagos, seeing the various wildlife that live on each of these islands.

When booking, depending on the day that you selected for your departure, your circuit will be one of the following:

  • Circuit A – 4-day / 3-night cruise in the southern Islands, departing from Baltra, arriving in San Cristobal: the islands north of the Archipelago
  • Circuit B – 4-day/3-night cruise departing from Baltra, arriving in Santa Cruz (transfer for Baltra): the islands east of the Archipelago
  • Circuit C – 5-day/4-night cruise departing from Baltra, arriving in Daphne Major (transfer for Baltra): the islands west of the Archipelago
  • Circuit D – 5-day/4-night cruise departing from Baltra, arriving in Santa Cruz (transfer for Baltra): the islands south of the Archipelago

  • Availability: Departures on Mondays for Circuit A and D, on Fridays for Circuit B and on Thursdays for Circuit C
  • Duration: 5 days / 4 nights or 4 days / 3 nights depending on the circuit chosen
  • Departure point: pick-up from your hotel in Quito or Guayaquil (a driver will take you directly to the airport)
  • The exact time of your pick-up will be given to you once your reservation is confirmed
  • Languages: English and Spanish
  • Information on the boat and life onboard:
    • The Nemo offers communal spaces in which you can meet fellow passengers
    • All cabins are equipped with air-conditioning, toilet and sink
    • Electrical outlets onboard the vessel are 110V American outlets. If your devices function with European plugs, please bring an adapter
    • The local currency is the American dollar
    • Activities will begin between 5 am and 6:30 am to take advantage of cool temperatures and coincide with wildlife activity
    • Children of all ages are accepted onboard and are under the responsibility of their parents for the duration of the cruise
    • Your guide is an expert on the Galápagos Islands. He will be a great asset in seeking out the maximum number of species to observe
    • The itineraries presented correspond to a standard trip. Please note that the programme may be slightly modified depending on weather conditions (rare)
  • Information on flights:
    • In order to avoid any problems, we recommend that you book your international flights 1 or 2 days before and after the cruise departure and end date
    • At the airport of departure, before checking-in your bags, you should make your way to theIngala desk (Instituto Nacional Galápagos) to register your name and to receive the transit control card (20 USD per person). On arrival in the Galápagos, you will need to pay an entry tax to the Galápagos National Park. 100 USD per adult and 50 USD for children (0–11 years) Both of these fees must be paid in cash
    • For bag restrictions, the airline conditions are as follows: 1 23-kg checked bag + one hand bag weighing a maximum of 8 kg per person. Please note that space in the cabins aboard the catamaran is limited
    • Transfer from your hotel to the airport is included in your flight reservations to the Galápagos. This transfer is shared only with passengers of the same cruise. This service includes the services of a Spanish-speaking driver and an assistant who will welcome you at the airport and will guide you to the boarding gate
