Relive scenes from Hollywood blockbusters on a guided tour of the Kualoa Nature Reserve!
Kaaawa AKA Jurassic Valley is in the heart of the Kualoa region on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. It owes its nickname to Steven Spielberg's famous Jurassic Park films, which were largely filmed in the valley. The site is particularly famous for having hosted actors and directors from over 50 major Hollywood films and television shows, including Elvis in the 1960s.
Accompanied by your guide, you'll board a vintage school bus and set off to explore 'Jurassic Valley'. You'll relive classic Hollywood scenes in the midst of a breathtaking landscape. Follow in Godzilla's footprints, spot the dinosaurs and stumble across the battlefields of Windtalkers. You'll also see several locations used in famous series such as Hawaii Five-0 and Lost, and who knows, you may even be able to see a film being shot!
You'll also visit a World War II bunker built into the side of the mountain. You'll see period artefacts and have the opportunity to learn more about Kualoa during the Second World War.
