Enjoy a relaxing day on the island of Cayo Levantado with its picture-postcard landscapes!
Cayo Levantado is a small island accessible only by boat, known for its idyllic landscapes, two white sandy beaches and crystal clear water.
To start your excursion, a transfer is arranged from your hotel in Las Terranas early in the morning to Puerto Bahia Marina. You will then set off on a 25-minute boat ride.
On arriving at Cayo Levantado, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery the island has to offer before the other tourists arrive. You can then relax throughout the morning on loungers reserved especially for you.
At lunchtime, you will have access to a typical Dominican all-you-can-eat buffet, where you will be able to taste the local flavours.
You will enjoy a few more hours of relaxation and swimming before returning to Las Terrenas around 4:30 pm.
Depending on the group and requests, before taking the ferry you may stop for 45 minutes at a diving spot: there is a shipwreck just below the water where thousands of fish have made their home. You can dive there with a mask and snorkel to discover this small corner of paradise.
