  • Lyon, City of Gastronomy
  • Lyon, Capital of the Resistance
  • Les États-Unis Quarter & Painted Walls

You can do the tours at your own pace so are free to stop for a break on a terrace or do a spot of shopping. 

Once you have paid for your tour, you'll be emailed confirmation with an activation code and instructions on how to download the app and enjoy your audio tour.

When you book, you'll be asked to choose your audio-guided tour according to the following options:

  • Le Vieux Lyon- Starts at Place Saint-Jean
  • La Croix-Rousse des Canuts- Starts in front of the stunning Fresco des Canuts
  • Fourvière, the Sacred Hill- Starts near the magnificent Basilica of Fourvière
  • Lyon, City of Gastronomy - Starts near Croix-Paquet metro station
  • Lyon, Capital of the Resistance- Starts near the Hôtel de Ville - Louis Pradel metro station
  • Les Etats Unis district & painted walls- Starts near Les Etats Unis metro station - Tony Garnier Museum

Bueno saber

  • Availability: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for some tours which are only available from 9am to 6pm (details on the app)
  • Duration: 3 x 1hr, between 1hr and 1hr 30 mins depending on the selected tour and your pace
  • The tours are via your smartphone as you walk around, thanks to a specialised app
  • You'll have to download our partner tour operator's app on your smartphone
  • Once you have paid for your tour, an activation code and instructions will be emailed to you
  • You'll need this access code to unlock your itinerary in the app
  • You will have to make your own way to the tour's set-off point
  • You'll need to have an internet connection
  • Do not put the phone on standby during the tour otherwise the commentary will not be automatically loaded
  • Admission to the payable museums, landmarks and monuments isn't included
  • We recommend you fully-charge your smartphone and use headphones
  • You can dim your smartphone slightly to save battery power
  • We recommend you wear comfy walking attire
  • Some tours aren't recommended for people with reduced mobility
