Head to the high seas to see sperm or humpback whales near Mauritius!

Visitors will be met by a team of professionals. A small breakfast will be served on board, composed of pastries and hot and cold drinks.

Climb aboard the boat which will take you to the observation site out on the high seas. The skippers on board will explain the activity and give you some rules to follow so that your time whale watching will be the best for all.

All year round, you will get to observe sperm whale which live off the west coast. These whales can get to be 18 meters long as adults. From July to September you may get a chance to see humpback whales, who are near the island with their calves during these 3 months! 

After this amazing time, you will return to the island.

Duration: 3 hours 30 minutes including preparation time, the boat trip, and the observation. 

Location: Riviere Noire, Mauritius 

The animals you will interact with are wild, the interactions you have will depend on them

2 types of whales can be seen near Mauritius: sperm whale who live there all year and humpbacks who can be see from July-September

Maximum capacity on board is 10 people

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Children under the age of 5 are not permitted

Pregnant women are advised not to take part

Please bring a towel, sunglasses, and sun screen

If your team is unable to find whaless, our partner will offer a second outing at a later date.

The local parter reserves the right to cancel in the event of inclement weather (storms, cold, heavy rain). In this case, you will be offered a different date, or a full reimbursement

Due to COVID-19, breakfast and lunch are not included in the tour anymore.
