When booking, you will be asked to select a vehicle and not a number of passengers. For example, if you are a party of 2, please select a vehicle that takes up to 3 people

• Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
• Times: 9am, 2pm
• Departure point: your hotel in central Beijing

• Your driver will wait for you in front of your hotel, with a sign displaying the name you provided when you made the booking
• If you cannot find your driver, please call the number indicated on your voucher
• Children under the age of 18 years are not permitted to take transfers alone.
• Baggage allowance: one suitcase (maximum size 70x40x20cm) and one piece of hand luggage per person
• Bulky baggage may result in an additional cost to be paid on the day
• You must present your printed voucher to the driver for your transfer to take place
• The driver reserves the right to refuse any passengers that are intoxicated or that display violent or aggressive behaviour. In this case no refund will be offered
• No pets allowed
