You'll take part in a storytelling session hosted by a passionate local storyteller, in a traditional baðstofa, a typical Icelandic living room. During this immersive experience, you'll discover some 20 stories from Icelandic sagas and folklore, passed down from generation to generation.

You'll explore how Icelandic living conditions - isolation, long winter nights, wild landscapes - have shaped a rich oral and literary tradition. The storyteller will share anecdotes about how these tales have influenced Icelandic culture and identity.

The experience is interactive: you'll be able to ask questions and interact with the storyteller, making the evening even more rewarding. A drink of your choice (wine, beer, soda, coffee or hot chocolate) will be offered to accompany this journey back in time.
