Accommodation capacity :

• Single room: 1 adult
• Double/Twin room: 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child
• Babies are not allowed
• Children's ages : 2 - 11 years
• All specific requests for sleeping arrangements (double/separate beds) are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• For technical reasons, hotels may be replaced by similar accommodation and tour stops may be reversed.
• In Japan, hotel rooms are often quite narrow and beds small. Check-in is usually mid-afternoon (3pm-4pm).
• Please note that some hotels provide an eco-stay package. (Bed linen and room cleaning are done every 3 days or so, depending on the hotel).
• The accommodation included in this trip is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. For more information, please contact customer service
• In the event of late arrival or early departure on the first or last day due to airline schedules, no refund will be made. Similarly, any meals included in the package that cannot be taken due to these schedules cannot be reimbursed. Also, depending on the timetable of any optional extras and excursions, meals that cannot be taken at the hotel will be charged to the customer.
   

Transportation

• Shuttle transfer airport - hotel in Tokyo:
  The transfer is by shared shuttle. It drops you off in front of your hotel and can make several stops along the way. 1 piece of luggage per person included; in case of extra luggage, please contact us before your departure.
• Hotel - Kansai airport (KIX):
  The transfer to Kansai airport (KIX) is made by your own means thanks to your Pass included in your package. If you are returning from Kobe (UKB) or Itami (ITM) airport, transfers will be at your expense. In the event of an early morning flight (scheduled to take off before 10am), you will have to make your own way to the airport using a means other than your Pass, as train schedules do not allow you to be at the airport at these times. A supplement for a private transfer may be offered.
• The Hokuriku Arch Pass:
  Train travel is one of the most efficient and convenient ways to get around Japan. With a well-developed rail network, you can easily access the country’s main points of interest. Your pass is valid for 7 days and gives you access to all JR trains, JR buses, and some express lines (excluding express buses) between Tokyo and Kyoto through Kanazawa.
• The Kansai Hiroshima Area Pass:
  Your pass is valid for 5 days and gives you access to all JR rail system trains, as well as JR buses, some express lines (excluding express buses) and some JR ferries in the Kansai and Hiroshima areas. Please note that the ferry to Naoshima is not included.
