Learn the art of sushi in an authentic workshop in Tokyo with a professional chef!
Set in a real Japanese restaurant, this immersive experience will teach you the essential techniques and gestures of sushi-making, guided by a passionate professional chef. It’s a true dive into Japan’s culinary culture.
Dressed in the traditional itamae (sushi chef) outfit, you’ll begin the workshop by grating fresh wasabi, then move on to preparing seasoned sushi rice – the key to perfect sushi. You'll then craft around ten different pieces using top-quality ingredients such as tuna, flounder, sea urchin, shrimp, as well as a hand-rolled sushi with nori seaweed.
The workshop ends with a tasting of your creations, served with a bowl of wakame udon and a drink of your choice: beer, sake, green tea, or soda.
