You'll begin this 2-day excursion departing from Kanab at around 12pm, where your guide will take you by 4x4 through steep, remote tracks towards White Pocket, located in Vermillion Cliffs National Monument.
On arrival, you'll take a one-hour hike to discover the breathtaking geological formations of White Pocket, an area famous for its uniquely shaped and colored sandstone layers. These formations have a fascinating geological history, created by sedimentary movements and erosion millions of years ago. Afterwards, you'll have free time to explore the park a little more.
In the evening, you can immortalize the sunset before enjoying a dinner prepared on site, then enjoy the starry sky. White Pocket offers one of the best skies in the United States for observing the Milky Way, thanks to the absence of light pollution. After this experience, your guide will serve you dinner before suggesting that you enjoy the campfire and then go to bed.
The next morning, you'll be awakened early to discover the sunrise, another magical moment to capture the natural beauty of this place. After a hearty breakfast, you'll explore the park one last time before heading back to Kanab.
